OFFERINGS
I offer Reiki sessions for individuals in person and online. These are a supportive space for deep healing, clarity, and energetic alignment.
I offer Vibrational Acoustic Therapy during my Reiki Sessions. If chosen, the client uses headphones to experience meditative & cellular healing Binaural Beats which synchronize with a vibrational cushion for relief on multiple levels - from emotional, physical, mental and energetic.
JOURNEY
I have been working with Reiki since 2012, with a devotion toward supporting others by reconnecting with their innate capacity for healing and self-awareness. Alongside my Reiki path, I worked for 15 years in higher education in career & advising counseling, where I guided individuals toward discovering meaningful directions and purpose in their lives.
Over time, my professional and spiritual paths naturally merged—blending energy work, intuitive insight, and practical guidance.
PHILOSOPHY
I believe that true transformation occurs when we align our inner world—our energy, consciousness, and highest purpose.
There is a powerful connection between discovering and living our soul’s path—often expressed through our work, creativity, and passions; while integrating a daily Reiki self-practice. Together, these create a foundation for raising consciousness, deepening self-awareness, and transforming how we experience life and relationships.
My approach emphasizes ease, integration, and authenticity—allowing healing to unfold naturally each day; as the energy works with one's own energy body and the soul's evolving experiences.
VISION
I am passionate about creating spaces—both one-on-one and in group settings—where people feel empowered, seen, and connected to their own inner wisdom.
Through Reiki, teaching, sound and vibrational treatments, I aim to help others live with greater clarity, purpose, and alignment.
